To finish up my commentary on traveling, this was my last day of driving (yesterday):
I knew I was getting close to Seattle when my GPS said I was at an elevation of 100ft. Quite a change from the ~4,500 I'm used to.
It turns out that my apartment is really nice. I made a walking tour of it:

And they sell a brand of milk that comes in glass bottles. My mother informed me that she hasn't heard of that being done since her childhood. What more, it's not homogenized. I didn't buy one, but I think that means that they don't remove the layer of cream post milking.
